As Kron, our story started in 2007 by developing telecommunication technologies and software solutions that makes the lives of millions of people easier. This story of us started with providing data and access security solutions for companies that are the leaders of their sectors and then continued by developing advanced cybersecurity software solutions for many successful companies over these years.
Therefore, our company title "Kron Telekomünikasyon Hizmetleri A.Ş." was changed to “Kron Teknoloji A.Ş.”.
The amendment was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 29.11.2022 and was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 29.11.2022 and numbered 10714. You can click here to access the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette regarding the title change.

Kron was among the top 10 companies that spend the most on R&D in the IT sector in the R&D 250 research conducted by Turkishtime Magazine every year. Kron also jumped 21 places compared to the previous year and rose to 74th place in the Top 250 Companies according to R&D expenditures in Turkey.
